We operate two 150-ton large truck tire balers and a fully automated truck tire processing machine, ensuring consistent, high-quality output. For shredded tire exports, our 40-foot tilter and aculoader the fastest loader for shreds in the industry guarantees swift and reliable handling of large volumes. Beyond exports, we also supply tire sidewalls separately to the local Houston market, maximizing value from every tire we process. With our in-house heavy truck transport unit, we streamline logistics and offer competitive FOB rates from the Port of Houston, TX, giving our partners a cost-effective edge in the global market.

Boasting a robust production capacity of 1200 metric tons per month for bales and 2000 metric tons per month for shreds, GloEmpact LLC is built to meet the demands of large-scale buyers. We primarily deal on an FOB (Free on Board) basis from the Port of Houston, TX, leveraging our in-house transport to keep rates sharp. For long-term contracts, were also open to EXW (Ex Works) options, providing flexibility to suit your operational needs.
